Managing the impact of technology on our children’s mental health and behaviour is one of the biggest and most important challenges parents face today.
This workshop empowers you to find the balance that works for you and your child.
With nearly half of 13-16 year olds in the UK reporting symptoms of anxiety and depressionwhich can be directly linked to Smartphone usage, the rise of online bullying and tragically the rise in childhood suicide, parents today are facing a major parenting issue!! An issue that many parents feel like they are not equipped to properly deal with.
It’s everywhere– from communications from school, on the Mum’s WhatsApp groups, in the news and all over social media – making our children’s environments Smartphone free!
But what do you do if your child already has a Smartphone and access to social media? This is a question that I am getting every day from many of you.
This workshop will help you create a better balance for you and your child; allowing them to still feel connected to their world whilst creating enforceable boundaries and guidelines.
