If I want to cancel Josie’s Inner Circle membership, how do I do that?

You can cancel at any time, just contact Josie.

Founding members - you need to inform Josie directly before the 24th of the month to ensure payment allocated for the 1st doesn’t get requested.

All other members - please contact Josie a week before your renewal.

If I leave, Josie’s Inner Circle can I still access the previous content?

No, sorry. If you choose to cancel your membership, the library of content will no longer be available to you. 

Can my partner join Josie’s Inner Circle under my membership?

Yes, the membership is per household. Woo hoo!

Will my membership of Josie’s Inner Circle allow me to ask questions directly to Josie?

Yes, there are two opportunities to ask Josie your questions directly each month. At other times of the month all questions can be posted into the community, where other parents as well as Josie will help and support.

If my direct debit fails what happens?

If your direct debit fails, the bank will try a second time. If this too fails you will be contacted and if payment is still not made, your membership will be suspended and you will be removed from Josie’s Inner Circle membership.

What if I unexpectedly, have to miss one of the workshop dates?

When booking a workshop all sessions need to be attended. On a 3 week workshop, if weeks 1 or 2 are missed, weeks 2 and 3 cannot be attended.

There are two options if this occurs:

1) Leave this workshop and move to another workshop starting from week 1 again, there is no charge for doing this.

2) Book a catch-up session with Josie before the next week; the cost of this is £50.

What if I can’t make a 121 booking?

We can reschedule and you can rebook. Josie is happy to do this one time throughout your whole booking however if it happens twice this will be taken from your booked hours.

Is there a discount for my partner on a workshop?

For online workshops the booking is per household. For in person workshops there is a 15% discount per couple. To book at this rate please contact Josie and she will help you book on to the workshop of your choice. The discount only applies if you are attending the same workshop on the same dates.
