When studying Montessori Education over 16 years ago I came across the approach of Positive Parenting, Positive Discipline and Dr Jane Nelson. I knew parenting positively was what I wanted to use with my own children an approach that worked and felt loving. I then became a facilitator, neuro linguistic practitioner and coach creating workshops and working with families and schools with my approach. I have been doing this for over ten years and absolutely love what I do. Having worked with children personally for ten years I understand how they work when talking to parents. I use positive discipline with my own children, I have three; a boy and two girls, so understand the complex pressures of parenting. I have a deep connection with my kids, feel fantastic about our relationship and that I understand them very well, but I am not a perfect parent and my children are not perfectly behaved children.
